ФІЛОСОФІЯ КОНФЛІКТУ В ПРОЦЕСІ СОЦІАЛЬНОЇ РОБОТИ

Анотація

У статті розглядаються філософські аспекти конфлікту в процесі соціальної роботи, зокрема деонтологічні протиріччя соціального працівника та особливості технології посередництва під час вирішення соціальних конфліктів. Складність дослідження конфлікту в процесі соціальної роботи полягає в міждисциплінарному характері проблеми, що досліджується. Завдяки філософському аспекту вдається охопити досліджуване явище об’єктивно та під різними кутами зору. Саме принцип детермінізму дозволяє проаналізувати причинно-наслідкові зв’язки конфліктної взаємодії соціуму. Внутрішньоособистісний конфлікт розглядається, з одного боку, як конфлікт, що розгортається всередині клієнта соціальної роботи, а з іншого – як деонтологічне протиріччя соціального працівника.

The article deals with the philosophical aspects of the conflict in the process of social work, in particular deontological contradictions of a social worker and technology features of mediation in solving social conflicts. The complexity of the conflict in the course of the study of social work is the interdisciplinary nature of the problem being studied. Due to the philosophical aspects of the phenomenon under investigation is possible to cover the most comprehensive and objective. That is the principle of determinism allows to analyze the causal relationship of conflict interaction in society. Intrapersonal conflict is seen, on the one hand, the conflict that takes place within the client of social work, and on the other – as the deontological contradiction of the social worker.
